Authentic Eats NYC is a catering business established in 2018 by self-taught Chef Moe Wyette. We offer ALL event catering (including group and corporate events), meal prep, private 1-1 and group cooking classes, as well as private and traveling chef services!

Cooking is something I've always enjoyed doing since I was old enough to operate a stove. Having a southern native Mom and a West Indian Dad certainly influences the majority of the dishes I get to prepare. My interest and respect for other cultures influence the rest. Having the opportunity to share my culinary creations both locally and across the nation has only piqued my desire to expand and feed the world!

 

Authentic Eats NYC has provided services for rapper Bobby Shmurda, the staff and inmates of Horizon Juvenile Center, the Head Coach of Notre Dame, Pro MMA Fighter Miles Banks, DJ Superstar Jay & Da Union DJ's just to name a few clients. I have also provided catering for 300+ Hellofresh employees for their Small Business Saturday Event. The point is, NO event is too big or too small for our team to tackle! We accommodate everyone.
